We are business executives with years of "hands on" experience developing ways to get the job done at the lowest cost. We always strive for the simplest and cheapest way to achieve the business goal.

The founder and owner of the company has 50 years of experience in the financial, retail, manufacturing, electronics and corporate barter industries. His first system assignment was for Burnham and Company in 1960. The goal was to find a better way to manage back office brokerage operations. With no prior experience or preconceived notions, he asked each person to teach him how to do their job. He was lazy by nature and always looking for an easier way to do things. His suggestions where used as a guide to a back office system that would speed transaction processing and reduce errors.

We approach all of our projects the same way. We learn how your company's employees do their jobs. We ask for their suggestions and we take them seriously. We ask management to explain the goal they have for us.

We give management our observations and a suggested approach to achieving their goal. There is no charge for this consultation.

We will give you a firm a proposal to cover the agreed assignment.
